We always hear celebrities talk about how taking in lots of water, fruits and vegetables help keep them fit and beautiful. Much as we know this is true, we also know that most do a lot more and have explored diets and plans that others may consider ludicrous. Nonetheless, they swear by them because they produce results- quick results.

Miranda Kerr- Is there any problem that coconut oil can’t solve? Jury’s still out on that one, but Supermodel Miranda Kerr swears by this oil. She takes a spoonful of unrefined coconut oil with food every day to combat bloating and speed up digestion.
I have been told ofen how coconut oil works wonders in your diet… maybe I should give this a try.
Rita Dominic – reveals a key ingredient to keeping her bod fit:
